five talented individuals who recognized the need for companies to efficiently and securely adapt their information technology to meet requirements mandated by consumerization. This talented group formed to build a next generation experience management platform and established AppBus (formerly 51Maps).

Out of the gate, AppBus accelerates digital transformation. The AppBus team has an impeccable track record of both invention and delivery. Bill Conners
President & CEO

Bill is a seasoned executive with over 30 years' experience holding global sales and operations executive leadership roles. Prior to joining AppBus, Bill was an Executive Vice President at SevOne where he grew sales to $90 million annually. Bill led SevOne’s global expansion into EMEA and Asia. SevOne grew at 59% CAGR over a seven year period under his leadership. He also held executive leadership roles at Gypsii, Business Signatures (acquired by Entrust), SMARTS (acquired by EMC), eCal, Netscape Communications (After Netscape acquired InSoft), and Sony Corporation. Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Villanova University.

Tony Pizi
Chief Strategy Officer

Tony is the Chief Strategy Officer at AppBus. He is an executive leader in technology, managing successful innovation in companies ranging from startups to global corporations. His team twice won the Windows World Open. He holds two technology patents for Seamless Application Interface Manager and Distributed Adaptive Computing (#5878258, #6480861). Tony served as Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer at both UBS and Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for the engineering of Global Platform Services. Prior to that Tony was CIO of Cicero, a start-up providing core productivity platforms to large enterprise clients. He started his career at Merrill Lynch as a programmer, ultimately progressing to CTO of Private Wealth Management. He holds a BS of Engineering from West Virginia University.

Donna Usiskin
VP of Marketing

Donna has more than 20 years of sales, marketing, and strategy experience with information technology companies. Prior to AppBus, she served as VP of Corporate Development for MMIT and previously held executive roles to accelerate growth for several early/growth stage companies. Donna adds over 10 years of venture capital experience, as Principal, VP of Business Development at Edison Ventures; affording her a unique perspective on value proposition alignment. She held senior marketing and sales roles at Connextive and Princeton Softech. Usiskin has served as BOD, Advisory Board member and Mentor with numerous start-ups, organizations, and incubators in the region. She holds a BA in psychology from Rutgers University.

Paul Kanevsky
VP of Global Sales Engineering

Paul has a track record of designing and delivering large-scale platforms and solutions to the Financial Industry. Prior to AppBus, Paul worked at UBS Financial Services as Executive Director in charge of all the field- and client-facing platforms, including web, mobile, social, research, and client communications. Before UBS, Paul worked for Merrill Lynch as the Chief Architect for Private Client Architecture where he implemented major platforms such as Trusted Global Advisor and Desktop Framework. After Merrill Lynch, Paul worked as Chief Architect for Cicero Technologies. He holds a B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Columbia University. Paul is the author of a number of technology patents on distributed, mobile, and desktop computing.

Yuri Milshtein
Chief Technology Officer

Yuri is CTO of AppBus. In this role he is responsible for managing target States, road maps, technology development and innovation. Prior to joining AppBus, Yuri led mobile platform development group for UBS AG where he and his colleagues were recognized by Saugatuck Research (Beacon Award 2012) for cutting edge innovations in the Financial Services field. In this role, Yuri was responsible for driving mobile technology strategy and architecture as well as introducing technology innovation into the company. Yuri brings 20 years of experience in software development and architecture to the company. Yuri worked for Deutsche Bank, State Street and Cicero Technologies in senior programming, analysis, design and architect roles. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science.

Jim Keller
Chief Financial Officer

Jim has over 30 years’ experience in providing financial, administrative and strategic leadership to global software development, consulting, distribution, manufacturing, and public accounting firms; ranging from early-stage to established billion dollar corporations. He has been a CFO, COO,CIO and managed software engineering. He served as EVP and CFO/COO for BoxTone, leading four equity financings, bank financings and its eventual sale to Good for over $120 million. Before BoxTone, Jim was VP and CFO at EMAX Solutions negotiating two equity financing rounds and sale to SciQuest for $150 million. Jim was VP and CFO of International Consulting Solutions, Inc supporting the growth in 4 years from $5 to $130 million in revenues resulting in their acquisition by Deloitte and Touche. Jim is a graduate of Cleveland State University where he received a BBA in Accounting.

Seth Weinstock
VP Sales

Seth joined AppBus in November of 2017 and leads our Sales Organization with a focus on driving revenue growth. Seth has 25+ years of software sales and development experience with a track record of success as both an individual contributor and leader managing enterprise sales teams. Prior to AppBus, Seth was a key factor in driving revenue growth at SevOne 10X over a 7 year period in roles that included Account Executive, AVP North America East, and VP Financial Services vertical. He has been a recognized sales leader at acquired companies Network Intelligence (EMC) and Kavado (Protegrity). Seth holds an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BS in Management Information Systems from Binghamton University.

Tyler Norman
VP Business Development

Tyler is VP of Business Development. Prior to joining AppBus, he was Chief of Staff for the CTO at UBS and was responsible for all operational aspects of the organization. He also managed technology projects at Deutsche Bank, including the first cloud computing initiative on Wall Street. He began his career as a scheduler, speechwriter, and office manager for the Houston City Council and also served as a White House Advance Associate, traveling the world with the President and First Lady. Tyler has a J.D. from George Washington Law School, and worked his way through college as Chef de Partie, graduating the University of Houston with a B.S., Magna Cum Laude.

Andrew Melikov
VP Engineering

Andrew brings decades of knowledge capital and Information Technology expertise to the company. Andrew started his IT career in 1984 as a microcomputer software engineer developing systems automation for the college educational field. His innovative vision brought highly remarkable benefits to the entertainment and financial giants such as Columbia Artists Management where Andrew managed Information Technology for over 12 years, American Express, Chase Auto Finance, and UBS Financial Services where he and his colleagues were recognized by Saugatuck Research (Beacon Award 2012) for cutting edge innovations in Financial Services field. Andrew has joined AppBus in 2014 as a Director of Engineering.

David Drahms
David Drahms
Partner, Osage Venture Partners

David joined Osage in 2005 and, together with founding partner Bob Adelson, helped close Osage’s initial early stage fund and build the foundation for Osage Venture Partners. David has led or played a supporting role in each of OVP’s investments. He covers a broad range of verticals within enterprise software and leads OVP’s investing efforts in healthcare IT. David serves on the Board of Directors of AppBus, Galactic Fog, Halfpenny, Identropy, indico, and VividCortex; and was previously a member of the Board of Directors of Automated Insights (acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2015) and Ceptaris (acquired by Actelion in 2013 for $250M). He is also a board observer of Earnest Research, Hive-IO, InstaMed, OpsDataStore, Translator, and Verge Aero. David is active with several venture organizations, including the NJEDA, where he is a member of the Technology Advisory Board.

Tom launched Forté Ventures in 2012 with more than 24 years of venture capital, entrepreneurial and operational experience. Prior to Forté Ventures, Tom co-founded the Venture Capital line of business at Arcapita Bank in 2005 and raised a $200 million growth stage venture capital fund in 2006. Tom managed investment activity in the IT, communications, energy and industrial technology sectors. Hawkins has broad sector focus across information technology, data management, info security & analytics, mobility, digital media, communications, industrial technology, health IT, transportation & logistics, energy.

Anita Sands

Board Director

Anita joins the AppBus Board with more than 15 years of experience in financial services and information technology companies. She currently serves as a director for three Public companies, Symantec Corporation (SYMC), Service Now (NOW), and Pure Storage (PURE). She served as COO for UBS Wealth Management, and previously held positions as Head of Transformation for Global Technology and Operations at Citigroup and SVP, Head of Innovation & Process Design for Royal Bank of Canada. Sands is an active investor and speaks regularly on the advancement of women and digital disruption.

Mike Cristinziano
Advisor

Michael is an independent Board Member, consultant and advisor to growth stage software companies of all sizes, public and private. His technical foundation, combined with solid business and financial acumen, has qualified him with unique insights to delve into the companies he advises leading to the achievement of strategic, financial and growth goals. Most recently, Michael was Corporate VP, Strategic Development at Citrix Systems, where he was responsible for merger and acquisition (M&A) strategy and execution, technology licensing, corporate venture capital investments and investor relations. During his strategic leadership, Citrix allocated over $3 billion in capital to complete 50+ acquisitions and grew revenue from approximately $500 million to $3.4 billion; creating $12 billion of shareholder value. Prior to Citrix, Michael was Managing Director at BMO Financial Group, where he covered the computer networking and software industries; his work was recognized by The Wall Street Journal, Reuters and StarMine. Michael has led or participated in M&A and financing transactions totaling over $7 billion in cumulative deal value. He started his Wall Street career at Needham & Co., and before that at Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore/Bell Labs) contributing to next-generation network standards and software development.

Skip Glass

Skip’s strong track record encompasses over two decades as an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor to dozens of successful software, networking, and security companies. He has served as CEO and President of URoam (acquired by F5), COO of Kiva (acquired by Netscape), VP of Field Operations at Illustra (acquired by Informix), VP of Marketing at Sybase, and trading area manager at IBM. He currently represents Foundation Capital on the boards of Venafi, Guardian Analytics, and SpringCM. He also advised portfolio boards and senior management at Cloudshield (acquired by SAIC), Tealeaf (acquired by IBM), MSDS online (acquired by ICG), and Cantaloupe Systems (acquired by USAT). Skip joined Foundation Capital in 2007, because of its active and hands-on approach with portfolio companies, offering operational assistance and management guidance, in addition to investment capital. Prior to Foundation Capital, Skip worked with Canaan Partners, on the boards of Voyence (acquired by EMC), Groundwork Open Solutions (acquired by Fox Technologies), and VUE Technology (acquired by Tyco). He has been an angel and early stage investor in startups including Riverbed (IPO), Responsys (IPO), Sygate (acquired by Symantec), SleepyCat Software (Acquired by Oracle), eHealth Insurance (IPO), Cerebro Data, and Elastic Beam.

Andrew Mallaband

Andrew began his career with Logical Networks (acquired by Datatec) a pioneer in Network Systems Integration where he played a key role in its growth and establishment of customers and vendors in the UK market. Mallaband continued with high-level executive roles with Datatec, SMARTS, Opalis (acquired by Microsoft 2009) and VMTurbo (now Turbonomic). In all of his positions Andrew was instrumental in each companies’ explosive growth securing multi-million dollar contracts, product development, and international expansion. Recently, Mallaband launched Breakthrough Moments Ltd., a consulting business for early-stage tech companies.

John Sviokla

John is a consultant, executive, board member, thought leader, and teacher with passion for helping organizations create tangible strategies to capitalize on the biggest trends affecting business and society. Most recently, John served as the Chief Marketing Officer of PwC US, where he led a strategic revamp of the marketing organization to better align it with the needs of a $13 billion services firm. Other primary roles include Partner/Leader of PwC’s The Exchange. A think tank comprised of the world's best scientists, entrepreneurs, and leading firms speaking from the front lines on the most highly-impactful trends. Participants include GE, GM, Walmart, and Google. John continues to work directly with clients in a range of industries and regularly publishes books and articles about strategic issues facing the modern enterprise. John has authored The Self-Made Billionaire Effect and scores of articles; most recently, The Bionic Company focuses on businesses need to develop their behavior, cognitive, and network capital so they can create and capture value that competitors can’t erode.
