Bill is a seasoned executive with over 30 year’s experience holding global sales and operations executive leadership roles. Prior to joining AppBus Bill was an Executive Vice President at SevOne where he grew sales to $90 million annually. Bill led SevOne’s global expansion into EMEA and Asia. SevOne grew at 59% CAGR over a seven year period under his leadership.
He also held executive leadership roles at Gypsii, Business Signatures (acquired by Entrust), SMARTS (acquired by EMC), eCal, Netscape Communications (After Netscape acquired InSoft), and Sony Corporation.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Villanova University.

Tony Pizi the Chief Strategy Officer at AppBus. He is an executive leader in technology, managing successful innovation in companies ranging from startups to global corporations. His team twice won the Windows World Open. He holds two technology patents for; Seamless Application Interface Manager and Distributed Adaptive Computing (#5878258, #6480861). Tony served as Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer at both UBS and Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for the engineering of Global Platform Services. Prior to that Tony, was CIO of Cicero, a start-up providing core productivity platforms to large enterprise clients. He started his career at Merrill Lynch as a programmer, ultimately progressing to CTO of Private Wealth Management. He holds an BS of Engineering from West Virginia University.
VP of Marketing
Donna has more than 20 years of sales, marketing, and strategy experience with information technology companies. Prior to AppBus, she served as VP of Corporate Development for MMIT and previously held executive roles to accelerate growth for several early/growth stage companies. Donna adds over 10 years of venture capital experience, as Principal, VP of Business Development at Edison Ventures; affording her a unique perspective on value proposition alignment. She held senior marketing and sales roles at Connextive and Princeton Softech. Usiskin has served as BOD, Advisory Board member and Mentor with numerous start-ups, organizations, and incubators in the region. She holds a BA in psychology from Rutgers University.
COO & Founding Team Member
Tyler is the Chief Operating Officer for AppBus and oversees all aspects of the company. Prior to joining AppBus, he was Chief of Staff for the CTO at UBS and was responsible for all operational aspects of the organization. He also managed technology projects at Deutsche Bank, including the first cloud computing initiative on Wall Street. He began his career as a scheduler, speechwriter, and office manager for the Houston City Council and also served as a White House Advance Associate, traveling the world with the President and First Lady. Tyler has a J.D. from George Washington Law School, and worked his way through college as Chef de Partie, graduating the University of Houston with a B.S., Magna Cum Laude.
VP of Sales Engineering & Founding Team Member
Paul has a track record of designing and delivering large-scale platforms and solutions to the Financial Industry. Prior to AppBus, Paul worked at UBS Financial Services as Executive Director in charge of all the field- and client-facing platforms, including web, mobile, social, research, and client communications. Before UBS, Paul worked for Merrill Lynch as the Chief Architect for Private Client Architecture where he implemented major platforms such as Trusted Global Advisor and Desktop Framework. After Merrill Lynch Paul worked as Chief Architect for Cicero Technologies. He holds a B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Columbia University. Paul is the author of a number of technology patents on distributed, mobile, and desktop computing.
CTO & Founding Team Member
Yuri is CTO of AppBus. In this role he is responsible for managing target States, road maps, technology development and innovation. Prior to joining AppBus, Yuri led mobile platform development group for UBS AG where he and his colleagues were recognized by Saugatuck Research (Beacon Award 2012) for cutting edge innovations in the Financial Services field. In this role, Yuri was responsible for driving mobile technology strategy and architecture as well as introducing technology innovation into the company. Yuri brings 20 years of experience in software development and architecture to the company. Yuri worked for Deutsche Bank, State Street and Cicero Technologies in senior programming, analysis, design and architect roles. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science.

Andrew Melikov brings decades of knowledge capital and Information Technology expertise to the company. Andrew started his IT career in 1984 as a microcomputer software engineer developing systems automation for the college educational field. His innovative vision brought highly remarkable benefits to the entertainment and financial giants such as Columbia Artists Management where Andrew managed Information Technology for over 12 years, American Express, Chase Auto Finance, and UBS Financial Services where he and his colleagues were recognized by Saugatuck Research (Beacon Award 2012) for cutting edge innovations in Financial Services field. Andrew has joined AppBus in 2014 as a Director of Engineering.
James A. Keller, CPA
Jim has over 30 years’ experience in providing financial, administrative and strategic leadership to global software development, consulting, distribution, manufacturing, and public accounting firms; ranging from early-stage to established billion dollar corporations. He served as EVP and CFO for BoxTone, leading four equity financings, bank financings and its eventual sale to Good for over $100 million. Before BoxTone, Jim was VP and CFO at EMAX Solutions negotiating both the third round of equity financing ($8 million) and sale to SciQuest for $150 million. Jim was VP and CFO of International Consulting Solutions, Inc supporting the growth in 4 years from $5 to $130 million in revenues resulting in their acquisition by Deloitte and Touche. Jim is a graduate of Cleveland State University where he received a BBA in Accounting.
VP of Global Systems Integrators
Mike Boyle has spent his career as a leader at Fortune 100 companies. He is recognized as a leader in business process re-engineering, operational transformation, mobility, front office expansion, and launching new distribution channels. He started as a programmer at Systematics building their Banking Profitability Analysis System. Mike then spent 13 years at Merrill Lynch in New York followed by 2 years in London as ML’s Director of Technology for Europe, The Middle East, and Africa. He then served as the CIO/COO at Robertson Stephens, CIO at Aflac, and CIO/Chief Operations Officer running Contact Centers and Back Office Operations at Allstate. Mike is a winner of multiple awards including; Forbes Best of the Web, CIO Magazines Top 100 CIO’s, Information Week Most Innovative Users of Technology award, and the Computerworld 100 Best Places to work in IT.
